We now carry Road Guard™ Plus 8, a great alternative for sodium chloride solutions. The major ingredient in Road Guard™ Plus 8 is calcium chloride, which makes it more effective at lower temperatures – even below -45˚C! It’s less corrosive to vehicles and more environmentally safe than sodium chloride.
Sidewalks, Steps & Porches
Valley Power Sweep sells ClearGuard™ Plus for sidewalk anti-icing and de-icing. Applying ClearGuard™ Plus before snow and freezing conditions prevents snow and water from bonding to your sidewalk and other walking surfaces. It can also be used after a weather event has occurred, working in temperatures below -32˚C.
